Firehouse Subs App App Reviews

This app needs help. I have thousands of points and cant use them. If this app ran as good as your food tastes we would be in good hands. Other than that its a great restaurant

Whatever you do, do not connect a card to this app. Paid for my food in store and it still put a hold on the card connected to the app which I was told can take 3-5 days for it to be lifted plus being as the card connected is a prepaid that I use online, it charged me the fee for it. Lousy app. No help from my local store either. Most likely done with Firehouse over this.

Firehouse is my favorite sub sandwich place. I was excited to download the app and to start ordering. However, the app will not let me do the order at my local firehouse store. It tried also to redirect me to an external site. This app needs some work.

Stupid app wont let me set up an account. I put in my email and cannot submit. Apparently they dont want me, cause I cant join. No errors or nothing just wont submit.

Was hoping the app would be as good as a Hook & Ladder ~ sadly not. Wouldnt let me complete set up or login. Get back to me when you have an app that works. Who ever reviewed as awesome must work for the company.

Does not take the credit card and you end up re ordering everything on the phone or at the store DISAPPOINTING

Wheel never stops spinning. Cant do anything on the app cause it never actually updates.

App cant seem to find store locations so I cant sign up for rewards or order from the app. Pretty useless.

Crashes too. Bad.

Cant log in. Wont detect zip codes. Stick to making good sandwiches.

Lousy way of doing business. Their "Rewards Program" is a joke. No one answers their customer service calls. There are too many other sub places & I dont need their poor service or lack of ethics.

If this is your attempt at a functional app - then you shouldnt even try. Firehouse should pull this app because it does not represent their establishment well.

Ton of meat great food.

The menu is incomplete. You cant actually order their food because the app sticks you in an endless circle of pickup times. Even the employees at the closest location hate this app because theyre the ones people complain to! Firehouse has tasty food but lousy app development. Dont waste you time!

Wont let me me pay at all.

Couldnt sign up over the app, couldnt add a payment option to order thru the app. Only thing its good for right now is redeeming your rewards and seeing your points.

Devs changed update method. App is awful now. Its a Sunday with no crowds and earliest my order can be ready is 1:30pm.
