Firehouse Subs App App Reviews

I love love LOVE the Beef and Cheddar brisket. This app brings me and my favorite food of all time together. Love it!

Great App for viewing menu items and ordering from my smartphone. There is one small problem. Firehouse offers Rewards for purchasing, but you have to give your phone number when you pick up your order, even if you prepay online. I have experienced problems with the staff in my local Firehouse because they did not understand the program, and I had to send a copy of my receipt to corporate in order to get Rewards credits. The app should automatically credit the rewards when you order and pay online at the time of purchase or if you pay at the counter for an online order it should automatically credit the Rewards at the time of pick up, because it is easy to forget to tell the cashier to enter your phone number.

The "Sign up with email" button doesnt work when Ive filled in all of the required fields except the promo code one.

Ive tried three different times to sign up for Firehouse Subs Rewards program with no success. Either doesnt take your email, doesnt allow you to enter your actual birthdate (it defaults to only the actual date you try to sign up) and then after you think you might almost be in, it kicks you out. I love Firehouse Subs but requiring this app to be able to score rewards when the app is so totally flawed, seems like lunacy. Why not offer a simpler system with just a phone number of email like so many other great rewards programs? I guess Ill have to get over my love of Firehouse Subs. Not being able to be rewarded when rewards are offered makes me feel unrewarded. :(((

Using an iphone 6 plus, i am not able to register my birthday date via the date selector wheel. All the dates except the current day date are grayed out. When you try and select your month, it bounces back to the current month. I cannot sign up with Firehouse until this is fixed. Well, I could use the current date but thats not my real birth date. Anyway! I love their subs!!!

Unable to register & store locator doesnt work. Very disappointing

Dont waste your time!!! Asks for your birthdate and then defaults to todays date and will NOT let you change it.

Too much hassle signing up, just let me order and pickup without an email, credit card and blood sample.

Figured out the birthday work around in that If you set the year first, it will then allow you to change the month and date. That said, the "sign up" button was inactive so I couldnt join. Waste of time

I couldnt login with the same account info that works perfectly on their web site.

Just like everyone else, couldnt sign up. Birthday defaults to today and the submit button isnt active.

Edit: 6 months later-its still garbage...... Times like these, Im glad I can delete apps. Otherwise, I wouldve had to throw my iPhone 6s Plus down a cliff, burnt it, and buried it in lime. Stay away...

Read previous reviews about birthday selector for rewards signup. I found that if you select year first, then day then month it will let you actually pick a date Customizing subs was easy enough, went to checkout and received an error / try again later. Resubmitted but if forced me to change pickup time by another 15 minutes. Could be better, could be worse.

App worker for me and I submitted a receipt from a previous purchase. Also the suggestions above about picking the year then date then month will work to sign up.

I had no problems with the app when registering as I was waiting on line to order. I selected the year, month and then date. A little problem solving goes a long way. By the time I got to the register, I had an offer for a free large drink. Not bad. Already saving money! Thanks.

Dont place your order here! Keyed everything in and it wouldnt go through.

Keeps timing out when trying to sign up. Like others say, it wont let you enter your birthday. And thats as far as it would let me go. Ill still eat here but get better IT people to do your app!

To all having troubles entering their birthdate into the signup page; go to your birth YEAR first, THEN enter the day & month. The reason it wont let you go the other way is that you cannot be born on a date that is AFTER you are attempting to sign up. Because you wouldnt be on your smartphone signing up for a free birthday sub before you are actually born, right? Right. Anyway, other than the birthdate confusion, this app is working just how I need it to :)

After reading all of the login issues, I wanted to try it. I had no problem on iPhone 6. Month was grayed out at sign up, but when I changed the year first, it made the month accessible. Got in, so far the app works well.

I have downloaded the app and been getting rewards for visiting the Firehouse Subs near me. Easy to use. Enter phone number at the restaurant and you get points.
