Firehouse Subs App App Reviews

It seems clear to me that the people that developed this app have never used it to actually order while they on their way to pick up Firehouse Subs. I have tried, and failed to complete an order twice while we were on our way to the local Firehouse Subs location due to problems with the payment method and instability and lack of timing options. If you are 15-20 minutes away from the store dont bother, by the time you complete the order youll be at the store but the app will tell you have to pick a time at least 20-30 minutes later. Firehouse subs makes great food, though a bit overpriced, but app development really isnt a core competency. Please improve this app and make it more user friendly and functional.

First thing I would do is fire you and get an IT group that has a clue. This app is a joke. Welcome to 2016.

I got all the way through the order process (a hassle with their menu system) entered payment info and created an account only to be given a generic error and told I would need to call my order in without a reason given. Unprofessional.

Upon opening this app for the first time, permission for access to the camera is requested. I did not expect this for a Firehouse Subs Rewards app so I denied the access then it requested access for notifications and location services. I denied both and deleted the app. Not cool.

This app is missing some hardware integration at the restaurant end.

Love your subs but hate your crappy app. Total waste of time trying to sign up for an account. Guess Ill be ordering lunch somewhere else.

Dont try ordering off this app though... Extremely unclear.. Made me go through process 5 times only to end up being sent to the wrong location. If youre really hungry, order inside or go somewhere else!!

I love love LOVE the Beef and Cheddar brisket. This app brings me and my favorite food of all time together. Love it!

Ordered on app at home. Got to the store at my pickup time. They had no record of my order. Had to wait while they made my order at the store.

I only use Apple Pay now for mobile ordering because it is secure and fast. Please add support for Apple Pay in your app so I can start using this app again. Firehouse Subs thankfully accepts Pay in store already so I will use that for now. Also, please update to support the 6/6s Plus resolution so the app no longer looks jumbo sized.

Its a bit clunky to use. Special instructions box is too small to explain sandwich customization (i.e. Substitute honey mustard and do not toast bread). Please add Apple Pay in future versions... There has been plenty of time to implement this by now.

Why have a window that doesnt take orders and will turn customers away? I like businesses that want my business. Questioning my choices.

This app is so buggy and never works!! I had over 5000 points in my account and now my login refuses to work. It wont let me login, view my rewards, etc! At the register the reward process is also a nightmare. Just save yourself a headache and eat somewhere else!

The firehouse subs near me delivers but you cant order delivery through the app.

This app never works. Ive tried several times to order on the app or redeem points and it never pulls up what I need.

The App does not work. Period!

I was very hopeful about this app so I can grab lunch at work quickly. The app processes very slowly and did not let me add a payment method. I opted to pay at the store and the order did not go through. Even if that happens only sometimes, you will have better luck ordering via phone or online. Not worth the time or storage.
